Qualifications

• Advanced degree (MS or PhD) in Electrical Engineering with emphasis in power electronics or electric drives.
• 15+ years in electrical/electrical systems engineering for high‑reliability applications.
• Experience leading design, verification, and validation of power conversion hardware and control electronics.
• Experience with high‑voltage systems, insulation coordination, and HV testing.
• Cross‑functional teamwork across hardware, test, and manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Own system‑level requirements flow‑down for digital power conversion hardware and firmware.
• Lead architecture and detailed design of DC/DC stages, gate drives, and control electronics.
• Plan and execute verification and validation including HV tests and environmental tests.
• Define insulation rules and high‑voltage practices for aerospace converters.
• Review PCBs and schematics; mentor early‑career engineers; drive lab automation.
