Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace seeks a Lead Electrical/Systems Engineer to drive cutting-edge electrical systems for electric aircraft and eVTOL initiatives. You will oversee design, development, and implementation, guiding a cross-functional team and reporting to the Engineering Program Manager in a hybrid Torrance, CA or Tempe, AZ role.

You will lead feasibility analyses, ensure compliance with electrical codes, produce BOMs for PBAs, and mentor engineers while coordinating with stakeholders to meet

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics or equivalent.
Typically 15+ years working with circuit design integration and test experience.
US Person required due to export control laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

Design and develop electrical systems and components.
Lead electrical engineering projects from conception to completion.
Ensure compliance with electrical codes, standards, and regulations.
Generate BOMs for PBAs (Printed Board Assemblies).
Troubleshoot circuit tests and document findings.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
