Job summary

Black & Veatch Corporation is seeking a Lead Electrical Superintendent to drive field execution for combined cycle/simpl e cycle power projects. You will lead direct‑hire crafts, subcontractors, foremen, and discipline superintendents, ensuring safe, efficient installation and alignment with project requirements.

You will coordinate with project controls and startup teams, manage schedules, safety, quality, and cost, and mentor junior leaders while maintaining a strong safety culture on site.

Qualifications

• 8+ years as a Superintendent or Construction Manager on large power/industrial projects.
• Strong leadership and safety culture with field teams and subcontractors.
• Experience with combined cycle or simple cycle power projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical field execution for power generation projects.
• Coordinate safety, quality, schedule, cost, and turnover with cross‑functional teams.
• Mentor and develop discipline superintendents and foremen to improve performance.
