Turbine Air Systems, Ltd. in Houston, TX is seeking a Site Electrical Superintendent to oversee all electrical construction work for TAS modular installations on site.

You will work closely with the Site Manager and Aftermarket Leadership to ensure safe, on-time delivery and adherence to drawings. The role requires leading electrical crews, coordinating subcontractors, managing budgets and schedules, and maintaining QA/QC records.

Competenze

• High School diploma plus extensive construction office management experience.
• Electrical licenses and formal training are a plus.
• Master Electrician license preferred.

Mansioni

• Oversee electrical construction work for TAS modular installations.
• Hire and coordinate contract electrical workers as needed.
• Plan daily tasks and priorities for the site electrical team.
• Report project status to Site Manager.
• Implement and manage cost control strategies.
• Provide accurate forecasting for electrical activities.
• Mentor and supervise electrical staff.
• Ensure safety practices with EHS lead and enforce policies.
• Maintain up-to-date drawings and construction documents; manage red-line changes.
• Coordinate QA/QC documentation and lessons learned with Site Manager.
