TAS Energy seeks a Site Electrical Superintendent to lead electrical construction for modular installations at a Houston-based site. You will coordinate electrical staff, manage safety, and ensure drawings and documents are current while maintaining budget and schedule.

Responsibilities include advising on equipment purchases, supervising foremen, and interfacing with QA/QC and site leadership to resolve conflicts and maintain records. Travel domestically as needed.

Competenze

• High School diploma with construction office management experience.
• Electrical licenses and formal training are a plus; Master Electrician preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of electrical permitting and codes; strong safety focus.

POSITION OVERVIEW:The Site Electrical Superintendent reports to the Construction Superintendent/Site Manager and will be responsible for overseeing all the electrical construction work for TAS module installation.KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Work with Site Manager and Aftermarket Leadership to identify and hire contract electrical employees as needed including welders, fitters, millwrights, forklift and crane operators as well as general electrical helpersCoordinate daily tasks according to priorities and plans for the site electrical teamRegularly report project status to Site ManagerImplement and manage cost control strategiesProvide accurate forecasting for all electrical team activitiesOversee and mentor all electrical staffWork with EHS lead to ensure best safety practices and company policies are being implemented and followed by all electrical personnelAssist Site Manager in maintaining budget and schedule for all electrical activitiesEnsure that the most up to date drawings and construction documents are being usedWork closely with Site QA/QC Leads to maintain appropriate recordsAssist lessons learned process and communications to Site ManagerManage electrical drawing red-line process for site correctionsResolve electrical conflicts and miscommunications with all parties and disciplinesEnsure all electrical foreman and craft employees are entering their time daily and submitting to the site office managerRecommend and approve all electrical equipment and parts purchases and work with Site Manager and Site Office Manager to ensure timely supplies to the siteAll other duties assigned by TASJOB SKILLSStrong knowledge of electrical permitting requirementsStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesStrong familiarity with PLC controls and complex electrical systemsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with all levels of construction personnel and managementProven problem-solving skillsBasic skills with MS Office suite and construction management softwareKnowledge of construction terminology and practicesFamiliarity with building codes and safety regulationsEDUCATION & TRAININGHigh School diploma plus extensive construction office management experienceElectrical licenses and formal training are a plusMaster Electrician license preferredMINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:10 years of experience in electrical construction and modular installationProven track record of collaborating with various construction disciplinesAbility to travel domestically on short noticeHigh energy, driven individual that communicates and interacts well in a team environmentResults oriented individual with good verbal and written communication skillsPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORK ENVIRONMENT:Position is at least ~50% at a desk working with computers and ~50% travel developing potential customer relationships and/or coordinating TAS project site teams and customer contractors. Ability to exert up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Performs other physical activities including use of fingers, sitting, stooping, bending, crouching, talking, hearing and performing repetitive motions. Visual acuity requirements include color, depth perception and field of vision necessary to prepare and analyze data and figures, operate a computer terminal and conduct extensive reading.
