Job summary

Industrial Power Solutions, a Sundt Company, seeks an experienced Electrical Superintendent for mission critical data center electrical construction. This role leads field operations nationwide, ensuring safe, high-quality installations and adherence to schedule and budget.

You will collaborate with Project Managers and field leadership, overseeing switchgear, generators, UPS, and power distribution work while traveling to project sites across the United States.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8–12 years in electrical construction.
• Minimum 5 years in Superintendent or field leadership.
• Experience leading mission critical/data center electrical projects.
• Strong knowledge of medium and low voltage power distribution.
• Ability to read electrical drawings and specs.
• Experience with manpower planning and scheduling.
• Willingness to travel nationwide for extended projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily electrical field operations including manpower planning, crew coordination, workface planning, and production management.
• Ensure safe, correct installation per project requirements, codes, and customer standards.
• Coordinate field activities with forepersons, subcontractors, vendors, and trade partners.
• Drive productivity while maintaining safety and workmanship.
