The ideal candidate has strong experience directing electrical delivery, ownership of crews, and a track record in large-scale power systems or energy projects.

Qualifications

• Experience leading electrical crews on sizeable industrial construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead electricians and foremen through daily planning and installation.
• Set clear expectations for safety, quality and productivity.
• Coordinate materials, equipment, access and work fronts so crews can keep moving.
• Spot clashes and construction issues early, then help resolve them on site.
• Track progress and communicate what the team needs to deliver the next milestone.
