Job summary

Loenbro in Northern Nevada is seeking an Electrical Superintendent to lead field electrical operations on construction or industrial projects. You will oversee installation, scheduling, workforce supervision, safety compliance, and quality control, coordinating with project managers, foremen, subcontractors, and clients to deliver on time and within budget.

The role requires managing multiple crews on large projects, with opportunities to recruit and develop foremen, journeymen, and apprentices

Qualifications

• Experience leading 2–4 crews and electrical projects with large budgets.
• Ability to supervise multiple supervisors and 50–70 employees.
• Experience on large construction and data center projects.
• Willingness to travel to various job sites.
• Interest in LEED and NICET II certifications.

Responsibilities

• Organize and field manage electrical projects, boosting effectiveness and efficiency.
• Oversee 2–4 crews with projects valued at $10M–$25M and margins >13%.
• Supervise 4+ supervisors and 50–70 on-site staff across multiple sites.
• Initiate and manage projects independently.
• Deliver high standards for daily production, installation methods, quality, and client satisfaction.
• Assist in recruiting, training, and developing foremen, journeymen, and apprentices.
• Maintain safety focus and work with advanced equipment.
