Job summary

Beckwood, headquartered in Fenton, Missouri, is seeking a Lead Electrical Assembler to guide our electrical production team and support the build of complex industrial machinery.

This role blends hands-on electrical assembly with day-to-day leadership, ensuring high-quality panel builds, safe workflows, and on-time delivery. The ideal candidate has 7+ years in electrical/wiring control panels and can read schematics to wire panels from prints.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years electrical/wiring control panels experience.
• Ability to read schematics and wire panels from prints.
• Industrial Manufacturing experience.
• Willingness to travel ~10% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Establish an environment of teamwork and empowerment.
• Train and coach electrical team and coordinate with leadership.
• Uphold safety procedures on the floor.
• Lead the electrical assembly responsibilities across the team.
• Layout and wire industrial control panels; read schematics from prints.
