Job summary

CTS Group is seeking an experienced Electrical Package Manager to lead the electrical scope on our data center and industrial projects in Indiana. You will coordinate design, procurement, installation, testing, and commissioning; manage subcontractors and suppliers; ensure safety, schedule, and budget compliance; review designs and changes; and support a smooth handover of all electrical systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in electrical project or package management.
• Strong knowledge of power distribution, lighting, and control systems.
• Familiarity with electrical codes, safety standards, and regulations.
• Experience with project management, design, and electrical modeling tools.
• BIM and construction management platforms are a plus.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing design, installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems.
• Leading and coordinating electrical subcontractors and suppliers.
• Ensuring schedule adherence, quality, and safety compliance.
• Conducting inspections and resolving technical issues.
• Managing documentation and regulatory compliance.
• Reviewing and approving electrical designs and changes.
• Rejecting substandard work or materials and requesting corrective actions.
• Stopping work when safety violations occur and implementing improvements.
• Supporting final testing, commissioning, and handover.
