Job summary

Fluidstack is seeking a senior electrical operations leader to oversee the hyperscale data center fleet. You will serve as the most senior technical authority for the operational electrical infrastructure, including switchgear, UPS, generators, and EPMS, across sites.

Travel 50-75% across the fleet, conduct site assessments, audit readiness, and drive operational excellence. You will collaborate with design, construction, and field engineers to mature the playbook as we scale.

Qualifications

• Career in running mission-critical electrical systems in live environments.
• Ability to lead audits and assess site readiness.
• Strong communication and teaching to build team readiness.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior technical authority for electrical infra across hyperscale fleet.
• Lead site assessments and operational audits before activation.
• Review designs from an operational lens and feed learnings back to design.
• Own commissioning-to-operations handover for new sites.
