Job summary

Fluidstack is seeking an experienced electrical engineering leader to own the portfolio's electrical discipline across data center deployments. You will drive reference design, energization readiness, and field decisions that balance speed and safety.

You will review protection studies, coordinate with utilities and AHJs, and push for rapid construction without compromising reliability. A PE license and MV/HV distribution experience are valuable.

Qualifications

• Led electrical engineering for data center or heavy industrial builds.
• Reviews protection and coordination studies for errors.
• Owned energization sequences with utilities and AHJs.
• Balances speed and safety in field decisions.
• PE license and MV/HV distribution experience are a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Own electrical engineering across the portfolio from utility interface to energization readiness.
• Set and evolve the electrical reference design: switchgear lineups, UPS topology, and busway.
• Make field electrical calls at build speed and own energization readiness site by site.
• Review protection and coordination studies with a critical, not ceremonial, lens.
