Job summary

Arista Networks, Inc. is seeking an experienced Electrical Manufacturing NPI Engineer to lead manufacturing readiness and transfer for high-speed data center equipment, including switches and routers.

You will work across Design, NPI, and full-scale production to ensure smooth lifecycle transitions. The role demands deep SI expertise, high-density electronics experience, and a proven track record of bringing multi-hundred unit, high-volume products to mass production on aggressive timelines.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field; Master's preferred.
5+ years in manufacturing engineering with 3+ years in NPI and high-volume launches in data center networking gear.

Responsibilities

Lead manufacturing readiness process for complex data center networking products.
Define production line layout, capacity modeling, and equipment procurement to scale quickly.
Develop and maintain manufacturing technology roadmap for advanced packaging and high-layer-count PCBs.
Drive DFX reviews (DFM, DFA, DFT) to maximize yield and cost-efficiency.
Oversee test system design, FT/ATE development, and signal integrity monitoring.
Provide sustaining engineering guidance for post-launch issues in high-performance networks.
