Responsibilities

• Lead complex maintenance projects with minimal supervision.
• Repair, install, and maintain production equipment to ensure uptime.
• Inspect equipment and identify failures or improvement opportunities.
• Mentor junior technicians and apprentices in maintenance practices.
• Ensure safety protocols and housekeeping are strictly followed.
• Collaborate with engineering, production and reliability teams.
