Job summary

NextDecade is seeking a Sr. Planner Maintenance - Electrical to develop and manage detailed maintenance plans to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation of an LNG facility. The role emphasizes preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance within industry standards.

You will collaborate with operations, engineering, maintenance execution and procurement teams to ensure smooth execution, manage planning logs, and maintain CMMS records while driving reliability improvements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; hands-on electrical or instrumentation experience preferred.
• CMMS experience with SAP 4 HANA and Prometheus is highly desirable; scheduling tools like Primavera or MS Project expected.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed work plans for maintenance activities with scope, labor estimates, materials, tools, and access requirements.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, maintenance execution and procurement to ensure smooth plan execution.
• Manage a log of planning work to align with business priorities.
• Plan and optimize manpower, materials, and tools for maintenance tasks.
• Identify opportunities to reduce downtime and improve cost efficiency through planning.
