Job summary

NextDecade Corporation in Brownsville, TX seeks a Sr. Planner, Maintenance Electrical to develop and manage detailed electrical maintenance plans ensuring safe, reliable operation of the LNG facility.

Qualifications

7–10 years of experience in maintenance planning within LNG, oil & gas, petrochemical, or nuclear industries.
Direct hands-on experience in Electrical or Instrumentation work.
Proven experience with CMMS and scheduling software.
Ability to read engineering drawings, P&IDs, and technical manuals.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; effective communicator.

Responsibilities

Develop detailed work plans for maintenance activities including scope, labor, materials, tools.
Collaborate with operations, engineering, maintenance, and procurement teams.
Manage planning backlog and prioritize to meet business needs.
Plan manpower, material, and tools; optimize downtime and cost.
Ensure spares are planned and available; ensure compliance with API/ASME/NFPA.
Maintain CMMS records and analyze data for reliability improvements.
