EJ Home Services in Santa Clara, CA is seeking a full-time Electrical Install Lead to manage the installation and upgrades of residential electrical systems. This role combines hands-on electrical work with team leadership and direct customer interaction, ensuring all work complies with NEC and local codes.

You will communicate clearly with clients, prepare detailed service reports, and help maintain truck inventory.

Qualifications

• Pre-employment background check.
• Pre-employment drug screen.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• 3 years experience in residential electrical company.
• Proficiency reading and interpreting electrical blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
• Strong knowledge of NEC and local building codes.
• Ability to install, troubleshoot, and repair wiring, panels, breakers, outlets, lighting, and other residential electrical systems.
• Experience with service upgrades, generator installs, smart home wiring, and low-voltage systems is a plus.

We are looking for a full-time member to be on our team.The primary duties of an Electrical Install Lead include managing and performing the installation and upgrade of electrical systems in residential settings. This role combines hands-on electrical work with team leadership and direct customer interaction. The Install Lead is responsible for ensuring all work is compliant and adheres to local codes and safety standards, provide clear and courteous explanations of issues and solutions to clients, and complete detailed service reports. A heavy emphasis is placed on customer service.
