Job summary

PV Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electrical is seeking a Lead Electrical Installer in the Atlanta area. You will lead residential electrical installations from inception to completion, mentor apprentices, and ensure all work adheres to NEC codes and safety standards.

A sign-on bonus is offered, with multiple income streams and opportunities for significant annual earnings. The role requires at least 4 years of residential electrical experience, a clean driving record, and a passion for delivering

Responsibilities

• Lead residential electrical installations from start to completion.
• Perform panel replacements, service upgrades, meter equipment installations, grounding, and bonding.
• Complete whole-home rewiring, circuit additions, EV charger installations, and lighting upgrades.
• Plan job layouts, materials, manpower, and schedules for efficient execution.
• Direct, mentor, and train apprentices while upholding high standards.
• Coordinate with service teams, inspectors, and utility representatives throughout projects.
• Ensure all work complies with NEC codes and local regulations.

Position Requirements:

• Minimum 3+ years of residential electrical experience
• Working knowledge of residential electrical systems, components, and wiring methods
• Ability to safely repair and replace outlets, switches, lighting fixtures, breakers, panels, and wiring
• Experience installing dedicated circuits, EV chargers, whole-home surge protection, and other residential electrical upgrades
• Thorough understanding of National Electrical Code (NEC) requirements and local inspection standards
• Strong commitment to electrical safety, quality workmanship, and code compliance

Job Duties & Responsibilities:
