Job summary

Power Design Inc. is seeking a qualified Electrical Foreman to lead field operations on projects in the Raleigh area. You will work closely with the project superintendent and other trades, supervising materials and manpower to meet schedule and quality targets.

The role requires an active journeyman or master electrician license, NEC knowledge, and strong communication skills. You will travel to our 16,000-square-foot training facility for customized training at our headquarters in St.

Qualifications

• Active journeyman or master electrician license required.
• Minimum of five years of experience managing a scope and running multimillion-dollar projects.
• Proficient knowledge of the NEC and local codes; knowledge of safety requirements.
• Basic computer and writing skills; capable of documenting work and communicating clearly.

Responsibilities

• Oversee assigned scope in collaboration with the project superintendent and other trades.
• Enforce high quality and safety standards on site.
• Leverage company-provided iPad and smartphone to ensure timely, quality delivery.
• Supervise, mentor and motivate crew members on the designated scope.
