The Romanoff Group of Companies is seeking an Electrical Foreman - Multi-Family in Ohio to lead field teams, manage schedules, materials and site safety on multi-family projects. You will coordinate inspections, work with subcontractors, and mentor team members to ensure on-time project delivery and adherence to NEC and local codes.

Ideal candidates bring 4+ years of electrical construction experience, supervisory skills, and a solid ability to read English materials.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 4+ years of electrical construction experience.
• Ability to read and comprehend written English materials.
• Professional Certifications or Licenses preferred.
• Construction background with hand tools and mechanical aptitude preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee field crews, apprentices, and laborers to ensure quality and safety.
• Coordinate work schedules and sequences to meet deadlines.
• Manage materials, equipment, and on-site resources effectively.
• Schedule inspections and ensure compliance with NEC and local codes.
• Collaborate with subcontractors and vendors for seamless transitions.
• Lead weekly job site meetings and provide status updates.
• Troubleshoot electrical systems and ensure proper installation and operation.
• Review drawings and specifications to determine material requirements.
