Job summary

Bachner Electro USA, Inc. in Cayce, South Carolina is seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to lead construction electrical crews on industrial projects.

You will supervise daily electrical work, coordinate manpower and materials, interpret drawings, and ensure installations meet project plans, specifications and NEC codes with a strong emphasis on safety. You will work closely with the Electrical Project Manager to maintain schedules, track progress, mentor apprentices, and communicate

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in the electrical construction industry.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and construction plans.
• Proven experience in a Foreman or supervisory role on commercial or industrial electrical projects.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead electrical crews on construction job sites, ensuring work is performed safely and efficiently.
• Plan, assign, and coordinate daily work activities for electricians and apprentices.
• Interpret electrical drawings, blueprints, and project specifications to guide field installations.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, general contractors, subcontractors, and other trades to maintain project schedules.
• Monitor work progress and ensure installations meet company quality standards and electrical code requirements.
• Conduct regular safety meetings and enforce OSHA and company safety policies on job sites.
• Troubleshoot electrical installation issues and provide guidance to field personnel.
• Track labor productivity and report job progress to the Project Manager.
• Coordinate material deliveries and ensure proper use and care of tools and equipment.
• Maintain job site documentation including daily reports, safety logs, and work progress updates.
• Assist in training and mentoring electricians and apprentices to maintain a strong and capable workforce.
