Job summary

Cava Electric is seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent to lead our Special Projects Division, directing field operations for large-scale electrical construction. You will manage manpower planning, scheduling, quality control, budget oversight, and safety compliance on complex projects.

As a senior site leader, you will mentor foremen and electricians, coordinate with project managers, clients, and other trades, and ensure timely, well-documented progress reports.

Qualifications

• Electrical Master License or related degree is a plus.
• 7+ years as Electrical General Foreman on large-scale projects $2M+.
• 4 years managing a workforce of 100+ in industrial environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise electrical foremen and field crews, overseeing manpower and assignments.
• Develop and maintain a materials logistics plan with the Project Manager.
• Plan, coordinate, and sequence electrical work to meet project schedules with PMs and clients.
• Monitor costs including labor time and materials.
• Mentor foremen and electricians for workforce development and performance.
• Provide clear direction on installation methods, productivity and safety requirements.
• Coordinate electrical work with other trades, general contractors, inspectors, and client representatives.
• Support accurate daily reports, manpower tracking, and progress documentation.

Job description

We are seeking an experienced and performance-driven Electrical Superintendent to join our Special Projects Division. In this role you will lead, oversee, and coordinate electrical field operations for large scale, complex projects, with extensive responsibility for manpower planning, scheduling, quality control, budget control, and safety standards.

Duties

• Lead, supervise, and support electrical foremen, lead electricians, and field crews while managing manpower and work assignments
• Develop and maintain a materials logistics plan with the Project Manager covering deliveries, staging, and inventory
• Plan, coordinate, and sequence electrical work to meet project schedules and milestones, working with project managers and clients
• Monitor costs including labor time and materials
• Mentor foremen and electricians, supporting workforce development and performance improvement
• Provide clear direction on installation methods, productivity expectations, and safety requirements
• Coordinate electrical work with other trades, general contractors, inspectors, and client representatives
• Support accurate daily reports, manpower tracking, and progress documentation

Qualifications

• Electrical Master License or bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field a plus
• 7+ years experience as an Electrical General Foreman on large scale electrical construction projects of $2M or more
• 4 years experience managing a workforce of 100+ employees in industrial environments
• Ability to pass a drug test and background check
