Job summary

Innovation Consulting LLC is seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to lead commercial electrical crews across Northern California, including the Greater Bay Area, Central Valley and Sacramento region. This direct-hire, full-time role emphasizes strong leadership, safety, and quality installations.

You will supervise electricians, read blueprints, coordinate with project teams, and ensure NEC and safety compliance while mentoring junior staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of electrical experience with foreman or lead experience.
• Journeyman Electrician license required; Master license a plus.
• Experience on commercial TI and ground-up projects; strong knowledge of NEC and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise electricians and apprentices on job sites.
• Manage electrical scope including installation, repair, and inspection.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics and drawings.
• Plan and run daily work; assign tasks and manage crew productivity.
• Ensure all work meets NEC, local codes and company standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, inspectors and other trades.
• Train and mentor crew members; maintain accurate reports and material lists.
