Job summary

RALCO Electric is seeking an Electrical Foreman to oversee field crews on commercial, industrial, and residential projects in Massachusetts and Rhode Island. This role ensures safety, quality, and adherence to schedules while coordinating electricians and apprentices on-site.

The candidate will lead installations, verify NEC compliance, read blueprints, and manage materials and time logs. A valid MA/RI license and OSHA-10 are required, with OSHA-30 preferred for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years electrical experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Valid MA and RI journeyman or master electrician license.
• Strong NEC knowledge and ability to read blueprints and wiring diagrams.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Driver’s license with clean record.
• OSHA-10 required; OSHA-30 preferred to start (within first year).

Responsibilities

• Supervise crews of electricians and apprentices on projects.
• Coordinate electrical installations based on plans and specs.
• Ensure NEC compliance and safety policies.
• Communicate with project managers, contractors, and inspectors.
• Schedule tasks to meet deadlines and milestones.
• Maintain daily reports and material usage documentation.
