Qualifications

• Estimating and/or project management experience is a plus; training available.

Responsibilities

• Lead and work alongside electrical crews in the field.
• Coordinate manpower, materials, scheduling, and jobsite needs.
• Oversee electrical projects from field execution through completion.
• Assist with estimating, takeoffs, pricing, and project planning.
• Communicate with customers, vendors, field personnel, and management.
• Help ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget.
• Troubleshoot field issues and provide technical guidance to crews.
• Participate in an on-call rotation as needed.
