TIC_Craft in Forsyth, GA is seeking a Lead Construction Supervisor to direct crew daily activities, manage production to meet timelines, and ensure adherence to safety procedures and project specifications.

You will train crew members, coordinate equipment and materials, and maintain detailed reports. The role requires strong communication, planning, and the ability to work outdoors in varying weather, overtime, nights, and weekends as workload dictates.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent with prior field experience.
• Ability to perform all essential craft functions under supervision.
• Working knowledge of scheduling, material control, and unit manhour performance.
• Ability to understand and transmit written and oral instructions clearly.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, coordinate and organize people, equipment and materials for safe, efficient construction.
• Ensure construction equipment is operated and maintained correctly.
• Maintain accurate reporting records including quantities, productivity, time sheets and reports.
• Assist in developing weekly schedules and sequencing activities for the crew.
• Ensure timely completion of work within estimated costs while upholding quality.
• Enforce safety rules and conduct toolbox talks with leadmen and crews.
• Monitor compliance with company policies.
