Job summary

CCS Construction Staffing seeks an Electrical Foreman/Superintendent in Raleigh, NC to lead commercial electrical field operations and direct crews. You will plan installations, read drawings, coordinate with other trades, and ensure safety and quality standards are met on site.

This full-time, direct-hire role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, 7am start, and a pay range of $35–$40 per hour. CCS provides benefits including weekly direct deposit, safety training, and opportunities for future

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in electrical foreman roles.
• Must complete ladder and fall protection safety training.
• Strong knowledge of commercial electrical installation methods.
• Experience supervising electrical crews (Mechanics and Helpers).
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specs.
• OSHA 10 required; NFPA 70E training preferred.
• Reliable transportation and electrical hand tools required.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and work in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct electrical crews including Mechanics and Helpers.
• Assign daily work, communicate priorities, and manage manpower.
• Plan electrical installations based on drawings and specifications.
• Perform field layouts and ensure materials are ready in advance.
• Oversee installation of panels, transformers, conduit, wiring, and devices.
• Coordinate work with other trades and address conflicts early.
• Read, interpret, and coordinate electrical drawings.
• Troubleshoot electrical systems and direct corrective actions.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure PPE usage.
• Maintain productivity, quality, and safety standards on site.
