Qualifications

• PE certification required; 3+ years in chief level electrical estimating.
• Strong NEC knowledge and understanding of electrical systems and construction methods.
• Proficient in Accubid Anywhere for proposals and cost projections.
• Ability to read blueprints and specifications accurately.
• Proven leadership to manage estimators and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate estimates for large-scale commercial, data center, and industrial projects.
• Analyze blueprints, specs, and bid documents to define scope and cost.
• Identify labor, materials, and equipment costs for comprehensive estimates.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and vendors.
• Evaluate subcontractor proposals for cost-effectiveness.
• Assist in value engineering and participate in bid reviews.
• Utilize Accubid Anywhere to develop proposals.
