Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
5+ years in material handling or related engineering experience.
Ability to travel domestically and abroad (0–10%); work at client sites.
Experience with electrical controls development, troubleshooting and commissioning.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of engineers, participate in hiring, scheduling and performance reviews.
Define applications with clients and internal teams.
Review proposals, SOWs, and customer specifications for automated material handling projects.
Develop resource planning and forecasting for electrical design projects.
Assign resources and generate project documentation using standard formats.
Use AutoCAD/AutoCAD Electrical for device layouts, schematics, and panel design.
Coordinate with mechanical, controls, and project management teams; report progress to management.
Perform on-site system audits and commissioning; support at client sites.
