Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering is required.
• 5–7 years of relevant electrical engineering experience.
• Eligibility to register with the Arizona State Board for PE licensing (P.E.).
• Experience in engineering design/consultancy is preferred.
• Industrial processing, electric utility, mining/metals experience is a plus.
• Proficiency with instrumentation and control systems in industrial apps.
• Strong time management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical engineering design for mineral processing projects and infrastructure.
• Prepare equipment specs, datasheets, estimates, and scopes of work.
• Develop proposals and conceptual designs for pre-feasibility to detailed engineering.
• Work across domestic and international projects through lifecycle stages.
• Liaise with clients, vendors, and stakeholders for timely, cost-effective delivery.
• Potentially lead projects and supervise junior engineers.
• Maintain high safety and safety-in-design standards.
