Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering is required.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience as an electrical engineer.
• PE licensing eligibility with Arizona State Board of Technical Registration is required to obtain licensure.
• Experience in engineering design/consultancy is preferred; mining/ metals exposure is an asset.
• Proficiency with instrumentation and control systems in industrial applications.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical engineering design for mineral processing projects and related infrastructure (MV/LV systems).
• Prepare equipment specifications, datasheets, estimates, and scopes of work to standards.
• Develop proposals and conceptual designs for pre-feasibility to detail engineering phases.
• Coordinate across multiple projects through concept, design, construction, and commissioning.
• Liaise with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery.
• Demonstrate safety standards and safety-in-design practices.
