- Provide leadership in safety, ethics, quality, regulatory compliance, and sustainability

- Maintain technical expertise and communicate developments impacting the organization

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or relevant discipline
- 4+ years of related technical experience in mill, production, or staff R&E environments
- Demonstrated knowledge of electrical engineering competencies and project management
- Strong communication skills and ability to adapt to changing business priorities
- Proven ability to work independently and lead diverse teams to meet project objectives

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in paper manufacturing with expertise in tissue machine and converting operations
- Familiarity with sectionalized drive control and servo-based motion control systems
- Knowledge of process automation and visualization applications for operator interfaces
