CESO, Inc. is seeking a Lead Electrical Engineer to tackle a wide range of projects across commercial, retail, hospitality, and more.

You will mentor engineers, review deliverables, and drive design excellence to ensure on-time, within-budget outcomes aligned with industry standards. You will lead from concept to completion, coordinate with architects, contractors, and clients, perform advanced calculations, and oversee document production while promoting growth and collaboration across

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Architectural Engineering from ABET-accredited college or university; 10+ years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Mentor junior staff and provide technical oversight across teams.
• Lead projects from concept through completion.
• Coordinate design with architects, contractors, engineers, and vendors.
• Perform calculations and design building systems; ensure quality of design documents.
• Oversee drawing production and document reviews for accuracy.
• Attend meetings and visit project sites to verify conditions.
• Maintain knowledge of codes and standards across practices.
• Apply local, state, and federal regulations to designs.
• Build and maintain client relationships through events.
• Supervise junior engineers and promote team growth.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
