Energy Jobline ZR in Mesa, Arizona is seeking a Lead Electrical Engineer to drive end-to-end electrical systems for data center HVAC products. You will design and document panels, PDU layouts, and wiring harnesses, and develop 3D models and schematics for air handling units, liquid cooling loops, fans, and heat exchangers.

You will collaborate with mechanical, electrical, controls, manufacturing and test teams to ensure robust integration, safety compliance, and serviceability.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent with 5+ years related experience.
• Experience with electrical or controls panel design, testing and validation.
• Understanding of engineering/manufacturing processes, BOMs and documentation.
• Proficiency with Solidworks Electrical and AutoCAD Electrical.
• Familiarity with NEC and UL/CSA standards.
• Experience managing complex cross-functional technical projects.
• Strong problem-solving and documentation skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 15% for customer sites/factory support.
• Experience with industrial electrical panels, motor control circuits, VFDs, and power distribution.

Responsabilidades

• Design and document electrical systems for data center HVAC products, including panels and wiring harnesses.
• Develop 3D models, schematics, BOMs, and documentation for AHUs, liquid cooling, and heat exchangers.
• Design electrical and controls panels, ensure structural integrity, run heat and water tests.
• Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, controls, manufacturing and test engineers for seamless integration.
• Apply NEC and UL/CSA standards to ensure safety and performance.
• Integrate electrical and control systems with mechanical subsystems.
• Support applications engineering, prototyping, testing and field evaluations.
• Drive continuous improvement of design processes, tools, and standards.
• Maintain configuration control of drawings and ECOs.
• Lead complex New Product Development, Sustaining, Engineer-to-Order and Field installations.
