BW Papersystems in Wisconsin seeks a senior Electrical Engineering leader to guide a team responsible for the electrical design of corrugated equipment and upgrades. You will read schematics, specify components, and ensure manufacturing feasibility, cost and performance align with customer needs.

You will mentor engineers, drive standards, and collaborate with sales, service and operations to deliver on aggressive product launches while traveling ~30% for international and domestic engagements.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering; master's preferred.
• Minimum 10 years in design/R&D in manufacturing.
• Proficient with drives, motors, safety codes and networks.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and conveyors is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Electrical Engineers and Designers for Corrugated New Equipment and Upgrades.
• Define electrical design standards and governance for equipment.
• Act as primary technical authority on electrical design in major engagements.
• Collaborate with sales, field service and operations to drive specs and launches.
• Mentor team, plan succession and manage priorities to meet deadlines.
