Job summary

BW Papersystems is seeking a senior electrical engineering leader to guide a team responsible for design, analysis, and alteration of electrical systems for corrugated equipment. You’ll ensure manufacturing feasibility, cost control, and quality while collaborating with global suppliers and customers.

The role requires 10+ years in design/R&D, strong schematic and panel design skills, and the ability to manage cross-functional projects with travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering; Master’s degree preferred.
• Typically requires a minimum of 10 years of experience in design/R&D.

Responsibilities

• Lead team of Electrical Engineers and Designers for Corrugated New Equipment and Upgrades.
• Define electrical design standards and governance for Corrugated Equipment; act as primary technical authority.
• Drive design-for-manufacture and cost/quality improvements across panels and wiring.
• Collaborate with sales, customers, field service and other departments to specify requirements.
• Travel ~30% of the time, potentially international.
