Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead Electrical Engineers and Designers for corrugated equipment projects.
• Define electrical design standards and governance; act as primary technical authority.
• Oversee wiring, panel layout, and design-for-manufacture improvements.
• Collaborate with sales, service, and other departments to meet product goals.
• Ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and quality across projects.
• Mentor team members and plan succession; manage priorities and deadlines.
