Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• PE license or Engineer-in-Training (EIT) designation.
• Five or more years of electrical engineering experience.
• Strong knowledge of electrical and energy codes and standards.
• Experience with AutoCAD and Revit; proficiency with related software.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support engineering team members to promote collaboration, technical excellence, and successful project delivery.
• Develop high-quality electrical designs that meet codes, project specs, and client requirements.
• Coordinate electrical system design with other disciplines and ensure integration across projects.
• Incorporate energy efficiency, sustainability, occupant comfort, and maintainability into practical design solutions.
• Communicate clearly with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders; provide direction and share knowledge.
• Take ownership of deliverables, timelines, and quality while guiding junior staff.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through timely updates and responsive support.
• Adapt to evolving project requirements and balance priorities with a team-first approach.
• Contribute to continuous improvement in engineering practices and project delivery.
