Responsibilities

• Lead Electrical design for Battery Energy System Storage (BESS) facilities.
• Manage Electrical engineering staff on diverse projects.
• Oversee Electrical design quality, budget, and schedule.
• Build business relationships with clients to understand needs.
• Provide technical guidance on design guides and engineering codes.
• Prepares complex engineering deliverables for multiple projects.
• Coordinates with internal/external team members on projects.
• Communicates client interests to project team members.
• Mentors lower level professionals and develops successors.
• Ensures compliance with policies and procedures in work group.

Skills

Electrical Professional Engineer’s license

Consulting experience (BESS experience preferred)

Strong communication skills

EPC execution experience
