You will lead a team through the phases of electrical engineering projects in nuclear facilities, applying your extensive knowledge and experience to ensure the successful delivery of critical infrastructure. The majority of the projects performed for our clients require multi-discipline interface and coordination.
Responsibilities include:
Lead the team during detailed design phases for all electrical engineering aspects, including interface and coordination with other disciplines.
Develop project scope, cost estimates, and schedules for complex electrical modifications at nuclear power plants.
Create proposals for electrical modifications at nuclear power plants.
Provide technical oversight and supervision for all electrical engineering activities, including:
Interface with the client to validate scope and ensure satisfaction.
Mentor and guide the development of the group.
Identify and follow up on client needs that could lead to strategic opportunities.
Leverage good client relationships to develop follow-on work.
Prepare and coordinate multi-discipline proposals.
