Description

This role offers a hybrid work arrangement, with three days a week in the office and two days remote. You will lead projects involving troubleshooting and solving electrical engineering issues across multiple disciplines, mainly supporting nuclear power plant modifications and upgrades.

Responsibilities include:

1. Leading the team to ensure successful project delivery, including scope definition, progress tracking, and client communication.
2. Overseeing detailed electrical design phases, including interface and coordination with other disciplines.
3. Developing project scopes, cost estimates, and schedules for electrical modifications at nuclear facilities.
4. Providing technical oversight for design change packages, calculations, equipment specifications, and vendor evaluations.
5. Interfacing with clients to validate scope and ensure satisfaction.
6. Mentoring team members and identifying strategic opportunities for business growth.

Qualifications

Note: We do not sponsor work authorization in the U.S. for this position.

• BSEE degree from an ABET-accredited program.
• Minimum ten years' experience in electrical design for nuclear power plants.
• At least three years leading engineering design projects.
• Experience with equipment selection, design change packages, and calculations.
• Strong communication skills and proficiency with MS Office.
• Ability to obtain unescorted access to nuclear facilities.
• PE licensure preferred.

Compensation Range

$109,410.00 - $168,770.00
