Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 8+ years of electrical engineering experience.
• Experience designing industrial electrical systems or power infrastructure.
• Experience developing electrical schematics and production documentation.
• Experience performing electrical calculations supporting industrial power systems.
• Experience leading technical engineering activities across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design of electrical systems supporting modular infrastructure and industrial power systems.
• Develop electrical architectures, single-line diagrams, electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, panel layouts, and cable schedules.
• Integrate generators, switchgear, transformers, batteries, UPS systems, PLCs, instrumentation, protection devices, and monitoring systems.
• Coordinate electrical designs with mechanical engineering, manufacturing, controls, and project teams.
• Perform and review electrical calculations supporting power distribution, equipment sizing, protection, grounding, and system performance.
• Develop production-ready electrical documentation supporting manufacturing, testing, and integration.
• Support compliance with applicable electrical codes, standards, UL requirements, and customer specifications.
• Lead engineering design reviews and provide technical guidance to engineers and designers.
• Support prototype builds, FAT, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
• Lead root cause investigations and corrective actions for electrical system issues.
• Work with manufacturing teams to improve product quality and manufacturability.
• Drive engineering standards, documentation quality, and continuous improvement initiatives.
