Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Acts as technical lead and design authority for assigned fuse product families, owning engineering decisions, ERs/EOs, and product integrity.
• Leads development and evolution of advanced fuse technologies for data center, grid, and power conversion applications.
• Plans and executes complex new product development and platform extensions from concept through launch.
• Defines materials, processes, manufacturing strategies, and verification plans for global manufacturability and reliability.
• Provides product line support, drives root cause and corrective actions, and communicates progress to stakeholders.
