Job summary

Neros in the United States seeks a Manager of Electrical Engineer, Design Assurance to lead our design assurance function for airside and groundside platforms. You will own worst-case circuit analysis, signal and power integrity, DFMEA, and EV/DV verification across production electronics, and you will build the HIL stations and test fixtures used in campaigns.

Qualifications

10+ years in electrical hardware engineering with verification/validation experience.
Experience leading a team: hiring, interviewing, leveling, growing engineers.
Experience taking electronics through formal qualification to production release.
Hands-on with worst-case circuit analysis and component derating.
SI/PI analysis with layout decisions and power integrity improvements.
Experience with EMC/EMI testing and MIL-STD standards.
Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering.

Responsibilities

Build and lead the design assurance team and hire engineers.
Establish worst-case circuit analysis, component derating, and DFMEA as standard practice.
Own EV/DV verification for production electronics.
Plan and execute validation campaigns (functional, thermal, vibration, EMI).
Design and build test infrastructure including HIL stations and fixtures.
Collaborate with NPI and Test through industrialization for production ramp.
