Job summary

Talent Search Pro is seeking a Sr. Electrical & Controls Engineer (Division Level) to provide electrical controls engineering for JM's Insulation Systems manufacturing operations.

The role spans project scoping, design, cost estimates, and on‑site leadership of capital projects across North America. Candidates should have a Bachelor's in electrical engineering (or related) with 5+ years in control systems, proficiency in Allen‑Bradley PLC/HMI, NFPA 70E knowledge, and the ability to travel 40–60%

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or electrical engineering technology; 5+ years in control systems.
Proficiency with Allen-Bradley PLC and HMI applications (including programming).
Strong project management skills and ability to run multiple projects.
Knowledge of NFPA 70E electrical safety standards.

Responsibilities

Perform power and electrical control systems engineering for projects.
Prepare and review technical electrical specifications.
Coordinate with Corporate Electrical Group and facility operations.
Provide project management oversight across multiple projects.
Manage project budgets, schedules, and scope.
Mentor junior engineers and oversee external resources.
