Qualifications

Must have a STEM degree; relevant electrical engineering expertise.
Experience with MATLAB/Simulink for modeling and analysis.
Strong understanding of high power electrical systems and power electronics.

Responsibilities

Develop control system technology for hybrid-electric propulsion.
Interpret customer requirements and decompose into hardware/software tasks.
Provide technical and project oversight of hardware implementation.
Ensure control system compliance across engine, flight and testing.
Lead system and hardware field issue triage and resolution.
Support concepts, system integration, testing, certification and validation.
