Job summary

Consumers Energy is seeking a Supervisor Electric Operations in Cadillac, MI to provide planning, direction, regulatory compliance, and oversight for field construction, maintenance, service and emergency work within the electric transmission and distribution network. You will manage a geographic area, ensuring timely deliverables and cost-effective operations.

• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years electrical/leadership experience.
• Experience supervising bargaining unit employees.
• Knowledge of safety and regulatory compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Direct planning and oversight of field construction, maintenance, service and emergency work.
• Ensure projects and milestones meet budgets and schedules.
• Coordinate with internal/external stakeholders (Supply Chain, Fleet, Engineering, unions).
• Lead Daily/Weekly Operating Reviews and storm/restoration activities.
• Maintain compliance with safety manuals and company policies.
