Job summary

Heitmeyer Consulting is seeking a Lead Business Systems Analyst to support an Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) in Columbus, OH. This role partners with business and Agile teams to translate data needs into scalable solutions, driving requirements, data mapping, and backlog management across Snowflake, IBM InfoSphere DataStage, Python/PySpark, Infogix, and Tableau.

The position is hybrid with four days onsite in Columbus, OH, and requires strong leadership, communication, and data modeling

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 7+ years as a BSA in a data warehouse environment.
• 3+ years of SQL for data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between business, Product Owner, and Agile team.
• Gather and document requirements, including source-to-target data mappings.
• Create and refine Epics, Features, and User Stories; manage and groom the backlog.
• Facilitate backlog refinement, define acceptance criteria, and support estimation.
• Partner with teams to resolve blockers, manage risks, and ensure delivery readiness.
