Qualifications

• Proven ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware/software issues.
• Experience supervising and managing employees in a tech environment.

Responsibilities

• Directs and oversees daily operations and task assignments of TSAs across schools and departments.
• Provides guidance on complex technical issues, escalated incidents, and root-cause analyses for hardware, software, and A/V equipment.
• Monitors staff performance and ensures accountability for asset and inventory management.
• Keeps administration informed of technology functions, issues, and trends; facilitates communication with principals and central office.
• Assists with determining requirements for hardware, software, and peripherals; advises on deployment of assets.
• Provides high-level support and training as needed; collaborates with Lead TSAs for consistency.
• Participates in development and implementation of standard operating procedures for hardware/software support.
• Performs performance evaluations for team members.
• Other related duties as assigned.
