Job summary

Tata Technologies Ltd. is seeking an experienced Electronics Systems Engineer to plan and develop Cockpit Electronics for future vehicles. You will work with internal teams and Toyota engineers to drive specifications, testing, and issue resolution.

The role emphasizes leadership of mid-to-large scale electronic system projects, with opportunities to mentor junior staff and contribute to continuous improvement of group outputs.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in mechanical, computer science, computer engineering, robotics, electrical engineering or equivalent.
Proven ability to manage mid/large scale projects and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to reach milestones with on-time high quality output.
Willingness to learn new systems and processes.
MS Office tools: Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

Plan structure of parts and systems through target setting, packaging, electrical interface definition, parameter setting, and style feasibility.
Lead creation of performance and functional specifications for Cockpit Electronics.
Mentor junior engineers for development of electrical systems.
Collaborate with local development engineers and Toyota engineers to solve issues and conduct joint testing.
